Female rapper Bhad Bhabie first burst onto the scene 3 years ago, when she uttered the famous words "Cash Me Outside" on the Dr Phil Show. 

Now  Bhad Bhabie is an international rap star.

But this week was a very special one for the rapper - she finally turned 18 years old. 

And TCF News has learned that to celebrate her birthday, the pretty young rapper decided to get "butt surgery."

We spoke with a person close to Bhad Bhabie who explained, "She got a fat transfer." 

fat transfer surgery is where a plastic surgeon sucks the fat out of another part of your body - and injects it into your butt.
